✍️ SECTION 2: OPENING STATEMENT / SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT

COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Jesus Christ, in full authority and divine standing, to file this complaint against the United States of America and its ideological factions who have misappropriated, distorted, and weaponized His name, teachings, and legacy for political gain, cultural dominance, and moral inversion.

This lawsuit is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff and all those who genuinely follow His teachings — to protect the integrity of the “Christian” trademark, to cease and desist all false representation, and to restore the public understanding of what Jesus Christ actually taught.

    🔒 Trademark and Brand Misuse

The term “Christian” derives from the Plaintiff’s name and mission. It is not a generic label. It is a sacred designation for those who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. The Defendant has repeatedly used this term to describe individuals, policies, and rhetoric that directly contradict the Plaintiff’s teachings — thereby committing:

    • Trademark infringement
    • Brand defamation
    • Spiritual fraud
    • Moral impersonation

📜 Basis of Complaint: The Top 40 Teachings of Jesus

This complaint is grounded in a comprehensive audit of the Plaintiff’s teachings, derived from a character-count analysis across the Synoptic Gospels and the Gospel of John. The 40 most emphasized teachings — by word count, narrative centrality, and ethical clarity — form the basis of this indictment.

Each count corresponds to one of these teachings. Each has been violated not in isolated incidents, but as a systemic pattern of rhetoric, policy, and cultural behavior.

⚖️ COUNT I: Violation of Teaching #1 — “Love God and Love Your Neighbor”

Scriptural Basis: Matthew 22:36–40, Luke 10:25–37

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart… and your neighbor as yourself.”

    A. Summary of the Teaching

The Plaintiff declared this the greatest commandment. Love is not a feeling but a moral imperative — active, sacrificial, and inclusive. It extends to strangers, enemies, and the marginalized.

    B. Nature of the Violation

The Defendants have redefined “neighbor” to mean “those like us.” They have promoted fear-based politics, cultural scapegoating, and selective compassion — often in the name of Christianity.

    Case No. JESUS-001-RW

    Case No. JESUS-001-RW
